PI Bearing Technologies F-Series Self-lubricated Bearings come in a variety of materials, each designated for different applications and degrees of lubrication.

FS Bearings are optimized for dry applications meaning no lubrication of any kind is necessary. They are widely used in industrial and commercial applications involving linkage, pivots, rotating and oscillating assemblies.

FS bearings are available as split sleeve bearings, spilt flange bearings and thrust washers. FS Bearings are available in both standard metric and inch sizes. Special sizes in any format can also be made upon request.

Uses

Features
FS Bearings are comprised of a three layer structure.



A. Steel backing for mechanical strength.

B. Sintered porous bronze for heat dissipation and to serve as a reservoir for the resin.

C. Low wear polymer resin layer with filler for lubricity & low friction.

The FS Bearing also exhibits a tin flash on the outer diameter for added corrosion resistance.
